We are all connected. This statement is true in so many ways beyond the physical world. We are connected through time's ravels, past lives, and dimensions unheard of. Kids and youngsters are main channelers of this divine gift of invisible connectedness. Now, this does not mean that older adults can't tap into this gift as well, but kids have an advantage. The rest of us have had life's experiences and criticisms damper our imagination and connectedness to spirit. Kids hold a pure key as they are closer to the divine. The time between their last life and this life is much closer, so their spirit has a more connectedness, linking both worlds for them.
If you have ever heard kids talk, you know they can say the darnest things. Their imagination and creativity is endless. Their heightened awareness of curiosity propels their thinking out of the box and beyond what would be considered realistic. This quality is so precious, however it quickly gets heavily suppressed by exposing a world of cookie-cutterness and judgment.
Kids don't register what others think of them at those young ages. They feel free to be who they are for the most part as they start exploring this world. It is also important to note though, that judgment is taught not possessed. Our spirit has no judgment, just observation. There is no sense that one must look at something as odd because it does not roll with their beliefs.
When I was a kid I could have cared less about what people thought of me. I wore the funky stripped skirt, the broccoli hairstyle, and I did not give a dam what so ever. Why would I? I was having fun being me and exploring this new planet and people, and a sense of self within a human form.
Kids can say the most crazy things sometimes, however what we hear as crazy could really be a channeling or a sharing of how a past life occurred. A friend of mine reminded me that "though they may remember this, there is an element where they understand that in this world, stuff runs a little different" (Aidan Subject). This is very true and must have balance with the concept of not dismissing their realization's or recalling's as fictional.
It seems many parents suppress their child's imagination from a very young age, speaking from the idea that what their saying is crazy, stupid, impossible. This suppressing slowly strips the child's imagination and connection with the divine. Their sense of self is weakened and becomes disconnected from the universe as they slowly are trained to not believe.
This creates a state of hardship not only them now, but more prominent in later life when they are trying to find who they are in the world. The part of them they are trying to find, may possibly be that connection to spirit that was so heavily suppressed and deemed nonsense.
Those that grew up with parents who harness the concept of open thinking and listen to their kids when they say some interesting concepts; creates a space to help grow their spirit in this life. Kids are then taught to listen to their sense of knowing, their intuition. They believe in something more than just what is seen and open their possibilities to extend out to the universe not just the physical world. They continue to grow their connection with spirit in this new life instead of having to start all over again in the next one.
Now, some may believe it to be wrong if you agreed and didn't correct your kid if they said, "oh ya cars fly or yup, you can eat stars, and I can see angel wings." However, it comes down to having a balance of recognizing what this world is about while RESPECTING the one the came from. To call their past life experiences as 'crazy' or 'nonsense' is a put down remark. It does not engage in learning more about the kid's spirit and the knowledge they gained from their previous life.
To change this you must start with just recognizing what they say as being true in another life, explain that this life is different, but what they learned from their last life and their connection to spirit is still there. The idea is to create a space that allows them to continue to grow their ability to have faith and believe the impossible as possible.
Kids are the keeper of playful channeling knowledge. Their creative and out of the box thinking has no limits, allowing them to connect many things that are beyond what may be possible in this physical world. This is not a bad thing, as if they can be heard and respected for their findings, then their ambition and excitement to channel abstract concepts, will have the support to aid in the application of these findings to this life.
Look at some of the great thinkers in the world. Most of them had concepts unheard of like the wheel or flying. However, there was enough determination that allowed them to apply their intuitive concepts to life and create a world unlike any other.
This tapped into knowledge that is brought from their past life experience to be used to aid the next life and people in it, is so important to protect. This sacred information helps link each life together and connect its purpose. It is the sharing of information across many lives to help transform and grow our world. This ancient knowledge shared from past lives out lives the books and stones pervious people have written to aid in the pass-on of information.
Kids and those that connect with their spirit, the universe, their past lives share pieces of information of another time unlike this one through interesting phrases and comments. It is this secret language, that if listened to, can open possibilities and create connections that help grow our world into something far more amazing than we could have ever imagined.
